The band was born from the ashes of three roman thrash metal bands: Hastighed, Reaktor and Hybrid Fear. The idea of creating a speed metal band with thrash and punk influences was proposed by Slowly (Bass Guitar and Lead Voices) and Smyley (Drums and Vocals). The two musicians call Psyki (Rhythm guitars & Vocals) who accepts the deal. The three members start to play together and they write the first track called Freeway Madness. This song is an important beginning for HI-GH and they decide to call another guitarrist: RedEyes (Lead & Rhythm Guitars). After a destructive night of weed and booze, he accepts the encharge, making the band stronger and more motivating. In a few weeks HI-GH become an unstoppable force, ready to get the songs complete for the first album, getting ispired by 80's movies and band's daily facts. The band is inspired by the German and American thrash/speed underground scene, with some influences from punk and rock 'n' roll from the 60's and 70's. The band leaves a sincere FUCK YOU to the genre's rivals!
